Solid products, minor delivery hiccup
I bought a Holzbesteck Set and a couple of those Glas Strohhalme from GreenHeart. The quality of the wooden cutlery is quite good; it feels sturdy and smooth. The glass straws are also nice, easy to clean. My only real gripe was with the delivery time – it took about 8 days to get here to California, which felt a little long. I understand they're based in Germany, but I've had faster international shipping from other places. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good.
